As a first time customer, I was blown away by the level of customer service and care I received right from the moment I walked in the door. As someone who lacks mechanical knowledge, it was so nice to have Doug take the time to explain each and every aspect of the diagnostics and repair (as well as inform me of other tidbits of knowledge regarding various parts/features on my vehicle that I was completely unaware of!). He also called me prior to performing any repairs to ensure I approved of the necessary services and corresponding quotes (which, I may add, were half the price of the dealership’s).
